Christmas Casual Sales Assistant Job Opportunity

The festive season is upon us, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Christmas casual sales assistants. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical shopping experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

  • Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately on the point-of-sale system, providing excellent service with every interaction.
  • Offer styling advice and support in fitting rooms, helping customers find the perfect outfit to suit their needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service, with a strong sense of personal style and an eye for detail.
  • A positive attitude towards all areas of work, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillment processes.
