Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Associate

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the coordination and management of product artwork across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

This includes coordinating artwork changes and new pack artwork for Aspen products, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date artwork repositories and quality folders for ANZ.

Furthermore, the role entails liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation, as well as fielding all artwork-related queries.

Additionally, the Senior Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for assisting with internal and external audits, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and quality-related technical projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for Aspen products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date artwork repositories and quality folders for ANZ.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.
  • Field all artwork-related queries.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, CAPA, and quality-related technical projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline.
  • Previous QA experience within a pharmaceutical environment, with experience in artwork management processes.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S code.
  • Familiarity with TGA/MEDSAFE regulations on packaging and artwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills.
