Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team at Goodstart Dalby. As an early childhood educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and colleagues
• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and policies, procedures, and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
• Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements

• Eligible for a traineeship (not holding a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years)
• The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• A permanent right to work in Australia
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Flexible availability
• Interest in early years education
• Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
• Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive)
