Overview

The ANZ Suncorp Integration Program is currently undergoing significant changes. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with APRA regulations.

This position involves reviewing and implementing CPS 231 requirements, working closely with Group Outsourcing Compliance and Suncorp Bank to meet APRA Delegate and Board responsibilities.

You will be responsible for completing and coordinating CPS 231 requirements to support the ANZ APRA Delegate in meeting 'Head of Group' responsibilities related to Suncorp Bank material outsourced arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ANZ APRA Delegate on recommendations regarding Suncorp Bank material outsourced arrangements deemed material under CPS 231 to ANZ as Head of Group.
  • Coordinate and prepare APRA notifications when a Suncorp Bank material outsourced arrangement is deemed material to ANZ as Head of Group.
  • Review Suncorp Bank Material Service Providers (MSPs) under CPS 230 and provide recommendations to the APRA CPS231 delegate on which MSPs are material to ANZ as Head of Group.
  • Provide compliance advice and guidance against APRA CPS 231 and CPS230.
  • Offer thought leadership and input into the development and continuous improvement of outsourcing risk management and compliance across the ANZ Group, focusing on assisting and upskilling Suncorp Bank.
  • Contribute strategic direction to delivering insights and opinions on ANZ's Outsourcing portfolio across the Group for CPS 231 and CPS230 and policy compliance, including risk committee/governance forum reporting and escalation.
