Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our equipment across various customer sites.

  • Perform routine mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs of our products in the field and workshop as required.
  • Log all jobs in our service module and complete daily paperwork accurately.
  • Monitor and record parts usage effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our customers through excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • A recognised mechanical trade qualification is essential.
  • A current driver's licence is necessary for this role.
  • Sound diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills are vital for success.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service are required.
  • The ability to work independently in the field and participate in an on-call roster is necessary.
