Housekeeping Role

This is a casual housekeeping position within a high-end hotel environment.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain the cleanliness of hotel rooms for check-in and outs
  • Maintain and clean public areas of the hotel to a high standard
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to meet guest expectations
  • Manage supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are fully stocked and presented professionally
  • Monitor room status discrepancies and report them promptly to the Housekeeping Department and Front Office
  • Contribute to maintaining efficient workflows

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel
  • Experience in cleaning public areas of a venue
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to identify recurring cleaning issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • The ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
