Broker Engagement Manager Role

This role involves spearheading the development of customer value propositions by defining new and refining existing segmented product, policy and process positioning to better support brokers' understanding of our offering to encourage home loan growth and engaged customers through the full customer lifecycle.

As a Broker Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing and delivering the broker marketing program to support us in achieving our goal of customer growth. You will work closely with senior leadership teams, manage events end to end, and have hands-on experience working with CRM and Communication systems.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in similar roles, managing B2B communications and events. They will be able to contribute to the incremental uplift of broker NPS, broker customer retention and broker productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the wants, needs and priorities of the broker channel.
  • Deliver and enhance the broker marketing engagement strategy that uplifts broker productivity and supports business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment of the broker marketing engagement strategy to the overall broker distribution business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product, policy and pricing changes are delivered on time and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in similar roles, managing B2B communications and events.
  • Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage events end to end.
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Hands on experience working with CRM and Communication systems.
