Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, veterans, elderly, pre-employment screenings, Workcover, and NDIS.
- Supervise classes, including functional training, seniors, and DVA.
- Contribute to our culture by bringing your best self to work and showing resourcefulness and initiative.
- Participate in marketing activities by helping create content and sharing ideas.
- Attend meetings with your managers and the team, and contribute in a positive way.
- Work with a team of experienced Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapists with over 50 years of combined experience.
- Full training and support, including a 6-week training plan to ensure you are confident in your role.
- Fortnightly training to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
- Weekly check-ins with a senior Physiotherapist to assist you with your patients and update you on your progress.
- Graduated hours to ease you into your full-time role.
- Free access to Dr. Alison Grimaldi's hip academy professional development modules.
- Longer appointment times, including one hour initial and 30-minute follow-ups.
- A professional development allowance of $1000 to go towards external courses.
- A fun and supportive work environment, with a fully equipped boutique gym and beautiful, private treatment rooms.
