Job Description
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at BWS. As a Retail Associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and selling our products with passion and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and answering their questions about our products.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.
- Sell our products with passion and knowledge, using your expertise to recommend wines, spirits, and beers to customers.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about wine, spirits, and beer, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
