
Supervisor Of Refinery Sanitation

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to deliver exceptional service at our client's refinery. A strong work ethic and reliability is most important.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operational cleaning requirements, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are always delivered.
- Creating a positive and safe working environment
- Assisting with on-the-job training
- Coordinating the work of Level 1 cleaners
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Providing manager with a weekly report on site running
Cleaners duties include:
- Scrubbing and buffing hard floors
- Strip and seal floor cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Detailed cleans of public areas
- Collection, segregation and disposal of waste
- Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, toilet, car park and walkway cleaning

Job Description:As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners and ensuring that the refinery is clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cleaners and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure the refinery is clean and safe.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that need improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to cleaners to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry.
- Previous experience organizing periodical cleans.
- Computer literacy and basic report writing skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Punctuality and time management skills.
- Training and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Commitment to quality improvement.
