Key Responsibilities- Work alongside our Chef to manage kitchen operations and ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Tailor meals to meet individual residents' needs and preferences, taking into account their social, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds.
- Prepare and cook healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience for our residents.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in an aged care setting.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and be flexible with your schedule.
