Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing sales, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the full Ghanda Experience to each customer, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including point of sale interaction and till reconciliation.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Process stock deliveries and maintain accurate inventory control.
About You

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong alignment with our brand and organisational values. If you have retail or hospitality experience, that's a bonus, but we value the right attitude over experience. You'll need to be flexible, with availability to work all school holidays, and have your own reliable form of transport.
