About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Early Links. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental, physical, or psychosocial disabilities to live the life they choose to live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessments and implement evidence-based intervention while building supportive therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Use a holistic, trauma-informed, client-centred approach when working closely with families, carers, teachers, and other health professionals to support clients.
  • Provide consultancy support to members of the client's team.
  • Maintain registration requirements and professional knowledge.
  • Contribute to organisation goals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Knowledge of, and ability to implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Ability to carry out intervention with clients across a range of settings.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, family-centred and strength-based approaches to intervention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
