Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Hemmant facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in forklift operation and warehouse management, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move goods around the warehouse
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Proven ability to operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
