Senior Personal Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with residents, their families and your colleagues to ensure care outcomes are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality daily care services to residents
  • Assist residents with medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities
  • Follow all policies and procedures and report any incidents

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Community Care, Retirement Living, and/or Home Care experience
  • Police Check clearance
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date
