We're seeking a seasoned expert in frontend development to contribute their knowledge and skills towards enhancing product features.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop high-performance, user-centric frontend software solutions that integrate seamlessly with GenAI agents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.
  • Create clean, efficient, well-documented, modular code adhering to industry best practices, particularly when interacting with NLP models and agent outputs.
  • Maintain the highest engineering standards, collaborating closely with Infrastructure and Quality teams to ensure reliable display and interaction with AI-generated content and agent states.
  • Collaborate with senior, mid, and junior engineers to drive high-quality outcomes, focusing on human-agent interaction design and prompt engineering.
  • Mentor junior engineers in designing and developing user interfaces for AI-driven features, sharing expertise and best practices.
Necessary Qualifications
  • A skilled engineer with high standards, backed by 5+ years of experience in developing UIs for AI or data-intensive applications, showcasing a demonstrated interest or experience in this domain.
  • An innovative problem-solver who excels at tackling complex technical challenges, providing creative solutions that enhance product performance and user experience, particularly in designing interactions with intelligent agents.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts, including GenAI agent functionalities and UX considerations, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, contributing to architectural decision-making.
