Are you looking for a new role that combines rostering and administration duties in a part-time capacity? We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Rostering & Administration Clerk to join our team in Ballina. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rosters, allocation of reviews, staff replacements and maintaining records and archives.

This is a fantastic chance to work with a Not-For-Profit organisation in the Ballina region, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of their services. As a Rostering & Administration Clerk, your daily tasks may include:

Critical Responsibilities

  • Collation and distribution of rosters
  • Rostering and allocation of reviews
  • Assistance with rostering staff replacements
  • Maintain records, archiving and filing
  • Maintain annual leave calendar for home care
  • Data entry of consumer and staff details
  • General administration duties

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an administrator (2-5+ years)
  • Previous experience in rostering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
