- Manage the scheduling and logistics for training across the program and its transformation projects.
- Develop assessment criteria and mechanisms to support the effectiveness of each learning session.
- 3-5 years experience as a Training Manager or Lead in digital transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire team members.
- Technical proficiency in learning management tools to manage and track training.
- Cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, with the ability to ensure all customers are valued and supported in the learning journey.
