Dynamic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to drive clinical and operational excellence in a residential aged care setting.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to work with a respected not-for-profit organisation dedicated to serving older adults with dignity and respect. Our mission is to foster communities of belonging, where everyone has the opportunity to live life as they choose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assign, and oversee duties to ensure efficient management of human, material, and financial resources.
  • Drive best practice clinical standards and promote a resident-focused care environment.

The successful candidate will possess a high-level clinical skillset and knowledge as an experienced Registered Nurse, with a focus on achieving excellence in clinical standards and promoting a care environment that prioritises residents' needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care
  • Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice
  • National Police Certificate
  • Previous nursing management experience
