About This Role

As a hotel services assistant, you will play a pivotal part in delivering quality housekeeping and cleaning services that prioritize infection control and create a safe and healthy living environment for residents.

You will work closely with facility managers and hotel services team leaders to clean resident rooms and common areas, provide laundry services, and ensure residents' daily needs are met.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of resident rooms and communal spaces
  • Providing laundry services
  • Ensuring residents' daily needs are met
  • Working weekends on a roster basis
  • Identifying and preventing workplace safety hazards

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a compassionate individual with a customer-focused mindset, strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can build supportive relationships and strive for high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the facility.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be computer literate, and committed to resident wellbeing. Experience in aged care is desirable but not necessary.
