About the Role

As a Program Lead in our ANZ Academy Program Team, you will have ownership for the ongoing operational run and continuous improvement of the ANZ Academy program. This involves leading an operations and facilitation team to deliver impactful and consistent capability development offerings at scale.

The ANZ Academy is an enterprise-wide learning program designed to build knowledge, skills, and confidence aligned to our critical capability areas of focus. Our program offers a broad suite of learning experiences across professional skills, data and digital fundamentals, banking fundamentals, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end program delivery, including oversight on implementation and run, success metrics, stakeholder management, and program communications.
  2. Lead the ongoing program iteration and evolution process, focusing on simplifying and enhancing the learner experience.
  3. Manage the program team across core functions, including operations, facilitation, and communications.
  4. Manage key internal and external governance and reference groups, including executive sponsors, subject matter experts, and collaborators.
  5. Partner cross-functionally to ensure the program aligns with current business needs and make recommendations for design amendments.
  6. Manage the program budget and produce regular program reports and briefings to stakeholders on program performance.
  7. Manage and prioritize the work of the program team, navigating stakeholder needs to ensure value delivery across core program priorities.
  8. Partner with colleagues to ensure positioning and messaging for program offerings remains relevant and engaging.
  9. Communicate issues and trends regarding program delivery and recommend effective resolutions.
  10. Partner with learning delivery and analytics teams to assess impact and effectiveness of the program.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Education, or significant relevant business experience.
  • Significant Organizational Development experience, including thought leadership in best practice learning and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in managing leadership and/or learning initiatives in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management experience at scale.
  • Strong consulting skills, deep change management experience, and credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching and a growth mindset.
