Sales Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring in-store experience that meets the expectations of our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
- Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
- Assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation;
- Providing exceptional Customer Service;
- Displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and a passion for retail. Previous experience in retail sales is not essential, but you will be a high-energy, hands-on individual who can bring your skills to the role.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. Flexibility and a willingness to work a rolling roster including weekends are also essential.
