Leadership Opportunity

Deloitte is seeking a strategic leader to drive high-impact AMS and ITSM engagements with clients in Engineering/Infrastructure and Healthcare/Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement & Delivery Leadership: Lead strategic engagements, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and our high-quality standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and optimise AMS/ITSM delivery models for scalability, automation, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted executive relationships, anticipate evolving client needs, and position us as a partner in digital transformation and operational resilience.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead multi-disciplinary teams, foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify new opportunities for account growth, collaborate with industry and sales leaders to shape pursuits and evolve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and innovation, particularly in ITSM and AMS practices.

  • Operational leadership expertise, including scaling delivery and managing risk effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – including C-Suite engagement.
  • People leadership and talent development experience, mentoring emerging leaders and building high-performing teams.
