About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Senior Demolition Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of growing a division, lead projects from tender through to completion, and play a key role in its strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple demolition projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate site and office-based teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
  • Drive cost controls, optimize resource allocation, and oversee project variations, reporting, and claims.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Support tender inputs, methodology, and programming to secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the team meets deadlines, maintains margins, and grows capability through training and development initiatives.

Beyond Project Delivery

You will be part of the leadership team driving growth and excellence across the division, contributing to the development of strategic plans, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level experience in demolition operations or a related field.
  • Full-time employment with a proven track record of management and project management skills.
  • Civil Engineering and Construction industry experience, with a strong understanding of demolition processes and regulations.
