
Complex Case Manager

This role is responsible for managing complex people matters and providing expert advice on workplace investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting sensitive inquiries, analyzing evidence, and preparing thorough reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination and other sensitive matters.
- Undertake evidence-based analysis and prepare clear findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cases efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or a related field.
- Specialized workplace investigation qualifications and at least five years' experience in conducting workplace or regulatory investigations.
- Proven ability to research and apply legislation, policies, and guidance in ambiguous situations.
- Strong judgment, independence, and risk-based decision-making in handling complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
