At Westbury Community Health Centre, we provide a wide range of services to the Meander Valley area. Our team works closely together to deliver personalised care in a welcoming and warm environment.

The Role

As a member of the health care team, you will be responsible for providing home help and personal care to clients within their own homes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to clients with various needs
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
