About the Role
We are seeking trade qualified diesel fitters to join our team as Field Service Fitters.
These are permanent, full-time positions supporting our marine, general construction, and civil customers.
Work life balance is key in these attractive opportunities with the ability to work Monday to Friday and be home each night, or travel and work away frequently.
In this role you will further develop your skills and experience with the following;
- Travel to various Customer projects to repair, maintain and service key CAT machinery
- Breakdown diagnostic & warranty support
- Customer labour support
- Scheduled servicing and repairs
- Minimise production downtime by prioritising work to the required timeframes
- Ensure customer receives the highest quality of service and focus on increasing equipment performance

About You
In addition to having a genuine passion for all things 'CAT', you will also bring with you the following skills and experience to the role:
- Relevant Trade qualifications in heavy diesel
- Demonstrated service and repair experience on CAT machinery
- Experience on Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems or similar
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety
- A customer driven focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to quality control
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised as required
