Job Description: Exercise PhysiologistWe are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our Werribee team as a key member of our strength training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely prescribing and supervising exercise and strength training for our clients with diverse health and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver exercise programs aimed at prevention and recovery to enhance overall health and long-term wellbeing
- Conduct physiological assessments (body composition, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) and prescribe exercise for group or individual sessions
- Use objective measures, including strength testing and patient-reported outcomes, to guide clinical decisions
- Establish relationships with local Allied Health professionals
- Manage and build a caseload of individual and group sessions
- Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
- Educated in ESSA recognised Bachelor or Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology Degree
- Current ESSA registration
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Active and current Professional Indemnity Insurance
- First Aid Certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
