About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Civil Construction projects in the Northern Rivers region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, programming tasks, and ensuring project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client and consultant relationships
  • Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors
  • Achieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance
  • Address and resolve performance issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
  • Stakeholder and client engagement experience
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors
  • Exceptional people management abilities
