Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to drive marketing initiatives and promote our projects to local and diverse international audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our projects for Brisbane, Canberra, and Auckland.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to gather insights and create compelling marketing materials.
  • Generate creative and engaging content, including written materials, visuals, and multimedia, to showcase our projects.
  • Work with the national marketing team to create content for the practice's website and social media channels.
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and facilitating relevant connections with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and presentations to showcase our work.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture or design industry.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and content creation software.
What We Offer

Full-time role with flexible working options. Salary guide: $90 K-$110k plus superannuation, dependent on experience and skill set.
