Housekeeping Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping professional to join our luxury hotel team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Housekeeping team with general operational tasks
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and its surroundings to exceed guest expectations
  • Allocate housekeeping duties across the property, including opening and closing departments between shifts
  • Receive and disseminate information across the housekeeping department
  • Maintain strong administrative skills on Excel and Windows
  • Familiarity with POS systems and OPERA guest platforms is advantageous
  • Maintain lost property and build relationships with guests

About You:

  • You have previous experience in housekeeping in luxury properties or are eager to learn
  • You possess working rights in Australia
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
  • You possess smart solutions and a can-do attitude
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
