About the Opportunity

As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting Australians with their business needs, connecting people, and building community resilience.

The Role:

  • ">
  • Perform customer transactions with precision and accuracy.">
  • Manage high-value transactions securely (handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS).">
  • Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.">
  • Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other activities.">
  • Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.">
  • Build rewarding relationships by understanding customer needs.">
  • Support administrative duties like stocktaking and record maintenance.">

You'll Succeed If:

You're friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a passion for working in a team environment. You'll put the customer at the centre of everything you do, making a difference in the community. You'll also need:

  • Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.">
  • Physical ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.">
