Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy and interventions for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
  • Work closely with participants to help them achieve their personal goals and optimise their outcomes.
  • Proactively manage your caseload, focusing on delivering excellent results while maintaining a manageable workload.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including home, ADL, and functional capacity evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the role.
  • Collaborate with assistive technology and home modification specialists to provide comprehensive support.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our organisation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $90,000 to $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • A quarterly bonus scheme, providing opportunities for additional earnings.
  • An annual travel allowance of $8,000, supporting your mobility and flexibility.
