Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality therapy and interventions for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
- Work closely with participants to help them achieve their personal goals and optimise their outcomes.
- Proactively manage your caseload, focusing on delivering excellent results while maintaining a manageable workload.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including home, ADL, and functional capacity evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the role.
- Collaborate with assistive technology and home modification specialists to provide comprehensive support.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our organisation.
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $90,000 to $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- A quarterly bonus scheme, providing opportunities for additional earnings.
- An annual travel allowance of $8,000, supporting your mobility and flexibility.
