About the Role

Ventia, in partnership with the Australian Defence Force, is seeking an experienced Production Clerk to join our Defence Admin Support Team.

The successful applicant will work on a range of administrative tasks, including office-based duties and liaising with customers and product management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a mix of office-based administrative tasks, including work order generation, reconciling receipts, and call-in/call-out of equipment.
  • Timely and quality delivery of locally assigned product schedules.
  • Liaise closely with customers and product management teams to manage product schedules, budgets, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to customer requirements assessment and strategy development.
  • Support tradespersons via the performance of work order management and data entry tasks within Commonwealth Mandated Information Systems (e.g. MILIS).
  • Assist management teams to prepare written work schedules based on established guidelines and ADF priorities.

Requirements

  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Previous proven administrative experience.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and reports, schedules, and information management systems.
