About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ally Fashion. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a vibrant and positive team environment where exceptional customer service is a top priority. You will drive the store's financial performance, promote strong leadership, and ensure clear in-store executions of business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and health and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the in-store experience and drive business results
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to prepare and manage staff rosters, sales achievement, stock, and expense control
- Recruit and attract top talent to nurture, retain, and develop them into leadership roles
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a leading ambassador of our brand, modeling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving. You will have a genuine passion for mentoring others, be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters, and have a solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion). You will be a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, and have strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
