Employment Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level customer service and engagement to assist individuals with various barriers to employment in finding suitable work.
Key Responsibilities:- Reverse Marketing of engaged job ready clients to offer employment opportunities.
- Maintain current Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors.
- Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment assistance.
- Manage vacancies attained from employers, including assessment, advertising, pre-screening, and referral of suitable candidates.
We are looking for someone who can build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies. A proven ability to assess labour market demand and supply, interpret contractual guidelines, and apply them appropriately is essential.

- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance focus.
