We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cruise Attendant/Deckhand. As the face of SeaLink Marine & Tourism, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience on board our vessels.

• Meet and greet passengers, assisting with luggage and queries
• Sell ferry tickets, beverages, and other products on board
• Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
• Work collaboratively with the marine operations team to ensure smooth vessel operations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated cash handling experience
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Achievement and results-driven, with a strong work ethic
• Elements of shipboard safety, senior first aid, and responsible service of alcohol certifications
