About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Officer to join our client's Integrity Unit on a 12-week contract, working 2 days per week, with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for enquiries from members, triaging incoming communications, and handling sensitive matters with discretion.
- Ensure a professional and compassionate approach when dealing with enquiries from members.
- Triage incoming communications, identifying and assessing any welfare-related or organisational risks.
- Handle complaints and enquiries with care and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records in our case management system and file notes.
- Providing vital administrative support to the Integrity team, including managing the shared mailbox, taking minutes during weekly meetings, and following up on action items for the General Manager.
