As a seasoned professional in talent sourcing, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for our Banking and Financial Services group. Your strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and keen eye for spotting exceptional candidates will be invaluable assets in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive sourcing, screening, and talent pooling of candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Staying abreast of market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that impact sourcing strategies to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract high-priority talent and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with Resourcing Partners and hiring managers from the outset to manage sourcing requirements, candidate experience, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Engaging with talent communities and providing an exceptional candidate experience to enhance our reputation as a desirable employer.
Requirements
  • Candidate Experience: Strong focus on building lasting relationships with candidates and ensuring their needs are met throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Intelligence Expertise: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Confidence in partnering with a broad range of stakeholders, including internal teams, to deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Sourcing/headhunting Skills: Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, headhunting, and building sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery.
