Key Responsibilities:
\t- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
\t - Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
\t - Processing large volumes of stock
\t - Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
\t - Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
\t - Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
Requirements:
\t- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day
\t - Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
\t - A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
\t - A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
\t - The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
\t - Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
\t - Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
