Job Overview

This role involves performing administrative tasks, staff training, and supervising Case Managers who serve Veteran men, women, and families in permanent housing.

You will focus on case management aimed at self-sufficiency and connecting Veterans to mainstream resources, VA resources, and natural support systems.

Critical responsibilities include collaborating closely with the SSVF team, the Veterans Administration (VA), VA HCHV program staff, and other Veteran-serving organizations to assist Veterans who are formerly homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.

Main duties encompass ensuring compliance with VA SSVF Program Guide, the SSVF Shallow Subsidy Compliance Guide, and HMIS standards.
