**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
We're looking for an experienced Trade Qualified Baker to join our team in Armstrong Creek. As a key member of our bakery department, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake a variety of bread and pastries to meet customer demand
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Trade Certification or Diploma in Baking
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
