PDHPE Teacher Role

This position involves assisting the Principal in demonstrating strong support for the vision and ministry of a faith-based educational institution.

  • Teaching Physical Education and Health subjects to students in Years 7-12 will be a primary responsibility of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective learning programs that cater to diverse student needs, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes academic excellence and acknowledges individual differences is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Instruction: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student work, and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Communication: Communicate effectively with parents through written reports and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Additional Duties: Establish effective working relationships with colleagues, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in staff professional development opportunities.
