About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Cromer, NSW. As an Accommodation Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support in a group home setting, assisting clients with daily living activities, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to clients in a group home setting, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Support clients to make informed choices and build skills to increase their independence.
  • Encourage clients to engage and participate in their community, promoting social inclusion and connection.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Transport clients, using a CPA minivan, as required.

Requirements

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred.
  • Live locally to the Cromer area.
