We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Customer Service representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in a busy cafe environment and can handle the responsibility of maintaining the high standards of customer service that our business is known for.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, who is able to work well under pressure, and who can communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves feeling valued, satisfied, and eager to return. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of the cafe and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a busy cafe environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift 25 kg and stand for long periods
