Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high quality standards.
  • Mentor junior developers to support their growth and development.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in fast-paced problem-solving environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain large-scale applications with a strong focus on performance optimization.
  • Solid background in agile methodologies, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong practice of test-driven development and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps culture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with databases like SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
  • Familiarity with tools similar to DataDog and LaunchDarkly.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
