Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic TECA Team Leader to join our team at Rubicon Grove. The successful candidate will lead the Extended Care Assistants in providing direct holistic care to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of Extended Care Assistants in providing high-quality care to residents.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working in an extended care assistant position or equivalent.
  • A certificate 3 in Aged Care or Equivalent (completion of Aged Care units is Essential), with a Certificate 4 in Aged Care desirable.
  • Experience in a leadership position, or the ability to take on a leadership position and hit the ground running.
