About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Permanent Relief Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity and high-quality education and care for children attending our services when a regular staff member is absent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality early education in a play-based setting
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, ensuring smooth program implementation and development
  • Guide and support children's educational experiences, sharing with parents and colleagues
  • Take on leadership roles, including Director or Nominated Supervisor, as required

Requirements
  • ACCEQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree or Diploma in Early Childhood
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, Teachers also require separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • Teacher Accreditation for the relevant state
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW) and Working with Vulnerable People (ACT)
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Drivers License and own vehicle
