\This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on workplace safety by providing expert education and support to individuals and businesses. Our rapid growth makes this an ideal time to join our ambitious and inclusive team.
\Key Responsibilities\- Deliver high-quality health and safety training courses, both face-to-face and online, utilizing your expertise and knowledge.
- Mark assessments from training sessions as required and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct NEBOSH Open Book Exam Closing Interviews to assess learners' understanding.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to training delivery and consultancy work.
- Collaborate with the development team to create new training materials that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Participate in moderation and quality checks of training delivery to ensure consistency and excellence.
Consultancy Responsibilities
\- Visit clients to conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits, providing expert advice on occupational health and safety best practices.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address client-specific health and safety challenges.
- Prepare and provide written guidance on health and safety law and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Bulk and maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication, identification of new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.
