Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Professional to lead the sub-system design and documentation of our digital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating CAD models, circuit diagrams, and PCB layouts, as well as researching and developing prototypes to validate fit, form, and function.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics design and analysis, including circuit simulation, PCB design, and/or circuit troubleshooting. Additionally, they will have exposure to sales and be able to develop comprehensive testing and validation procedures to assess performance and identify root causes.

Key Technical Criteria
  • A Bachelor's or Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering is essential.
  • Experience in the mining sector (preferably within excavators and dump trucks) is required.
  • Demonstrable experience in deploying systems within the mining sector and/or similar harsh environments is necessary.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and cloud-hosted platforms is an advantage.
